Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering from our store. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your pre-order.

As a retailer, our ability to provide quality service and honor our commitments to our customers hinges significantly on our relationships with suppliers. We want to emphasize that once you place a pre-order with us, we are bound by our agreements with our suppliers and cannot cancel pre-orders made at the supplier level. This ensures that your pre-orders are secure and gives you peace of mind knowing that your requested items will be reserved for you. While this commitment may limit our flexibility in certain situations, it underscores our dedication to fulfilling our obligations to you, our valued customer. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our pre-order process, and we are committed to delivering the best possible service within the constraints of our supplier agreements.

1. Pre-Order Process:
  • To secure your pre-order, a deposit must be made by purchasing our designated pre-order deposit checkout item. https://meepsandveeps.co.za/products/pre-order-deposit
  • After purchasing the pre-order deposit please contact us via email (support@meepsandveeps.co.za) or WhatsApp to confirm what item you are pre-ordering.
2. Refund Policy:
  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable in cash. However, if the pre-order is cancelled by the customer before the pre-order deadline date, your deposit will be refunded as store credit or cash (your choice).
  • If you decide to cancel your pre-order after the pre-order deadline date, the deposit amount will be refunded only as store credit.
  • Store credit can be used towards future purchases at our store.
  • The store credit received from a cancelled pre-order must be redeemed within 12 months of cancelling the pre-order.

3. Payment Deadline:

  • Full payment for the pre-order deposit amount must be made before the pre-order is secured.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in the item not being ordered before the due date.

4. Release Date and Availability:

  • Pre-ordering ensures that you will receive the item upon its release or restocking.
  • Release dates are subject to change by the supplier, and we will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

5. Full order price:

  • The pricing of pre-orders is subject to potential adjustments upon the arrival of the items.
  • It is important to note that these price changes are out of our control as they are influenced by our supplier but we strive to keep prices as accurate as possible.
  • Price increases on pre-orders, if applicable, must be reasonable. Excessive or unjustified price hikes will be avoided to maintain trust and satisfaction among customers.
  • If the price increase is excessive or unjustified the customer reserves the right to cancel the pre-order without penalty and your deposit will be refunded as store credit or cash (your choice).

6. Order Fulfillment:

  • Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.
  • However if the delays are substantial and unjustified the customer reserves the right to cancel their pre-order without penalty and your deposit will be refunded as store credit or cash (your choice).

7. Communication:

  • We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order via email or WhatsApp.
  • Feel free to reach out to us at any time for updates or inquiries regarding your pre-order.

8. Cancellation by the Store:

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., product discontinuation), your deposit will be refunded as store credit or cash (your choice).

9. Terms and Conditions:

  • By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you.
